“Malcolm never fails to brighten our day, and somehow manages to turn glum January afternoons into some of our most favourite days of the year. From old classics to modern twists, a few strums on the ukulele and a hoot on the kazoo and away we go. Moments before people are conversing about the January blues and then suddenly, their toes are tapping, they’re humming a familiar tune and singing a long to songs they forget they even knew. By the time his performance is over, the bleak skies outside seem a distant memory and everyone leaves with smiles on their faces and looking forward to the next time he visits and all that the afternoon will bring.
We’ve know Malcolm for almost 5 years now and we’re so grateful for the difference he has made to the lives of Enfield’s older community. To him it’s a few tunes on an afternoon but for us it’s so much more and he has the power to unite us all through his music, anecdotes, and kind nature. We’re very grateful for his on-going support (along with Lola the pug!) If you’re looking for someone to provide you with a feel good afternoon, then we cannot recommend Malcolm enough.”
